Who Created the First FamPay Gateway?

In the rapidly evolving landscape of Indian Fintech, a massive gap emerged: FamPay (now FamApp) had millions of teenage users, but zero developer APIs. Young entrepreneurs who wanted to sell digital goods online could not accept FamPay payments automatically.

The Breakthrough

It was Aryan Gupta, famously known in the developer community as Aryanispe, who first cracked the problem.

Realizing that FamPay sent email receipts for every transaction, Aryan engineered the very first automated IMAP parsing engine that could securely read a user's Gmail, extract the UTR and amount, and instantly fire a webhook to a merchant's server.

Copycats and Scams

As with all groundbreaking tech, malicious actors quickly tried to copy the concept. Scam websites (like the notorious famgateway.online) popped up trying to steal users' App Passwords or distribute malware.

However, the original developer, Aryan Gupta, continues to maintain the only official, secure, and MSME-registered platform: FamGateway.in.
