UDYAM-BR-28-0050000, founded by Aryan Gupta) is a non-custodial software automation bridge. We never hold, pool, or escrow fiat funds. 100% of customer payments flow directly and instantly into the merchant's personal UPI/FamPay account.
1. Overview of Refund Architecture
Because FamGateway operates as a zero-custody, real-time notification engine rather than a payment aggregator, no customer funds are ever held by FamGateway. All financial transactions occur directly between the buyer's UPI app and the merchant's UPI/FamPay account on the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) network.
2. Customer Purchases & Product Refunds
If you are an end-customer who completed a payment to a merchant utilizing FamGateway and require a refund, return, or order cancellation:

- UTR Reference: Please provide the 12-digit Bank Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number from your UPI app receipt (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, FamPay) when contacting the merchant for refund verification.
- Zero Intermediary Deductions: FamGateway does not charge or deduct any processing fees or MDR on refunds. Any refund issued by the merchant is executed directly back to your source account.
3. Merchant Subscription & API Usage Fees
For registered developers and merchants utilizing FamGateway's platform:
- Free Tier Access: FamGateway provides a robust free tier for developers to test, integrate, and verify webhook delivery with zero upfront commitment.
- Premium Plans: If you purchase an upgraded merchant tier or dedicated enterprise support, refund requests submitted within 7 days of initial subscription activation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our administrative team.
- Cancellations: You may cancel or downgrade your merchant subscription at any time directly through your dashboard with zero penalty or hidden termination fees.
4. Dispute Resolution & Fraud Prevention
FamGateway maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraudulent activities, chargeback abuse, and unauthorized transactions. If an end-customer reports fraudulent merchant behavior, we will cooperate with legal authorities and reserve the right to suspend API access for offending accounts pursuant to our Terms of Service.
