Why We Built It

As a developer, there's nothing more frustrating than debugging your own code for hours, only to realize that the third-party API you rely on is actually down. We want to eliminate that guesswork.

With our new status page, you can instantly check if:

• The Fam Gateway Server (Core API) is operational.
• The SMTP/IMAP Processors (Email parsing) are running.
• The Main Website & Dashboard are accessible.

We don't grade our own homework. Our status page is powered by HetrixTools, an independent third-party monitoring service.

They ping our servers every single minute from multiple locations across the globe. This ensures that the uptime percentage you see (currently sitting at 99.99%) is mathematically accurate and completely unbiased.
